It’s one of the first things I made in this style and it made me fall in love with illustrator and the endless possibilities it offers. It is also one of my favorite works because it is one of the few times I managed to express on “paper” what I felt inside.
I used a wacom intuos tablet combined with my favorite tool in Illustrator: the blob brush tool. I made it when I first came to Denmark, because even though I loved it here from the very beginning, I still felt sad and missed my family and friends, thus the inspiration for the title.
