Bogdan Ciocşan is an international student at Multimedia Designers Odense in Denmark
I think MMD is a great place where you can learn and develop your skills. Mostly because it is really practical! The teachers are rather friendly and they always try to give you the right feedback, which means a lot when you are stuck on something and you cannot find a way out. The learning atmosphere is rather great also, you feel at home, not so much pressure on your shoulders, that way being able feel more relaxed about work, without having to worry so much that you are doing it wrong. Another thing I love about MMD, is that they have the Mac rooms, for me at least, I can say that makes me feel a lot more comfortable than on a PC.
That is a tricky question! I guess I was searching for opportunities for studying abroad and there was Denmark standing on the lists of countries to where I could apply to. After finding more information about Odense and MMD I knew it was the right choice to make. The part with the English-based teaching was a great factor I guess, also the fact that the education is free for EU students. The courses are also pretty much diverse, having so many different topics such as Interaction, Visualization, Communication and Business, offering the possibility after you finish the education to become more than just one type of professional!
Since I was a child I was fascinated by creativity: whether it was drawing, painting, sculpture, or other things that made me express myself. So I definitely would like to continue to do the same thing, it is really hard to be good at something if you do not like the field you are involved in. I think I would love to be a graphic designer (printed media) or a web designer, or anything connected to the design world. Maybe one day I could start my own company and get more creative people around me so we could create our own design universe and to share it with the world through our work.
